Mumbai: After two Maharashtra cabinet ministers who attended the winter session which had just been concluded positively tested, the State Revenue Minister Thorat on Thursday night announced that the Covid-19 test was also positive.
Earlier this week, the Minister of Education Varsha Gaikwad and the Minister of Development Tribal KC Padvi had tested a positive concern, triggering problems when they attended the legislative trial.
Meanwhile, on Thursday BJP MLA Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil and former Minister of Union and BJP leader Harshvardhan Patil said that they had been tested positively Covid.
Vikhe Patil has attended the Vidhan Bhavan session which was recently concluded and also seen attending the wedding of the former son of Mla Shivajirao Kardile in Ahmednagar.
Harshvardhan Patil has tested positive two days after his daughter’s wedding, which was attended by several politicians from Maharashtra.
The other BJP MLA from Pune, Madhuri, for example, was also tested positively and officials said that the staff from the Devendra Fadnavis office had also been tested positively.
At least 50 people attended the Vidhan Bhavan session.
Officials said that there were at least four major marriages from political leaders and all the marriages had large quantities.
