Vadodara: A 16-year-old tribal girl allegedly gangraped by six people, including minors, in the city of Dedipada from the Narmada district.
Police said that they had caught five men and held back minor.
The girl, studied in grade 11, told the police that she was raped on January 31 in a remote place outside the city of Dediapada by the defendant.
“Three defendants were known as the girl.
They lured the girl to an isolated place behind the bus stop Dediapada and raped him,” said Himkar Singh, Narmada’s supervisor from the police.
Other accusations also take turns to increase them later.
He was stored in an open field nearby owned by one of the defendants.
“They let him leave the next day, following the girls going to his aunt’s place.
He then revealed all the incidents to his family,” Singh added.
The police ordered all the defendants for rape, under the Pocso Law and SC / ST (Prevention of cruelty).
Those who were arrested had been identified as Ankit Tadvi, Akash Vasava, Ravi Kumar Maachi, Rahul Vasava and Rahul Soarki, all residents of Dediapada.
Small defendants have also been detained.
Police said that the defendant was a farm laborer.
The preliminary medical examination report said that he did not have an external injury but the police were waiting for the final report.
