The Interior Ministry (MHA) on Monday said that they refused to renew the FCRA missionary license (MOC) on December 25 after receiving a detrimental input while adding that it did not freeze every MOC account.
In a statement, MHA said that the update application under FCRA for the FCRA registration update of the Amal Missionary was rejected on December 25, 2021, because it did not fulfill the feasibility conditions under FCRA 2010 and the rules of the 2011 Foreign Contribution (FCRR) regulation.

MHA said that considering the MOC update application, some detrimental inputs were considered.

Bank State India has notified that the MOC itself sent a request to SBI to freeze his account,” Mha said.
