Mumbai: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday arrested the alleged Shiv Sena MP Bhavana aide back in connection with the investigation of money laundering, officials said.
Saeed Khan is occupied under the provisions of the prevention of money laundering law (PMLA) and will be produced before the local court here for detention institutions.
The arrest was related to money laundering cases related to alleged financial irregularities in certain beliefs associated with Gawali, MPs from Lok Sabha Washimal Heartalmal.
Last month, the agency had searched various places in Yavatmal, Washim and Mumbai Case Ed based on Maharashtra police police against several defendants related to RS 18 crore fraud and several related irregularities.
