Jaipur: In Covid-19 vaccination, the country has done quite well in August and September.
For the second month in a row, the country is vaccinated more than 1 Crore receiver.
In August, more than 1.20 the crore dose was given, while in September, more than 1.14 crore doses were given to beneficiaries.
Against the 96 lakh dose allocated from the center, the state receives 1.11 doses of lakh which helps the Ministry of Health in vaccinating more beneficiaries.
More than 5.65 crore doses have been given in a state since the first dose inoculated on January 16.
Because the total population of eligible 18+ is 5.14 crores, the state requires 10.28 doses of crore but until now only 5.65 crore doses have been given.
A senior health department official said, “We need more doses to vaccinate 18+ fully populations.
We have demanded more doses so we can manage all 18+ recipients of the first dose and second covid-19 benefits.” Up to 3.36 crore doses First and 1.08 second dose crore were given, but at the end of September, the first dose vaccination rose to 4.04 crores and second dose vaccination rose to 1.56 crore.
Of the 5.14 recipients who qualified Crore, 4.04 Crore has received the first dose, still more than 1.1 Crore recipients have not been vaccinated with the first dose in the state.
While the state government scales upcovid-19 vaccination, the Covid-19 case has dropped dramatically.
In September, the country reported only 232 new Covid-19 infections.
Six people were tested positive for Covid-19 in the state on Saturday bringing its overall calculation to 9.54,337.
Srianganganagar reported two cases, two cases and one case were reported from Jodhpur and Pali.
There are no deaths reported.
The country toll stands at 8,954.
The country has reported a little Covid case in recent times which is a big assistance for the government.
