Mumbai: The state government will take a stock of Covid situation in Maharashtra after two weeks and receive a telephone whether schools and colleges must remain open or classes must be done online only.
State Minister of Aaditya Thackeray, who spoke with the media on the sidelines of the Mumbai University Conference on Monday, said: “People need to be masked.
Decisions about schools and colleges will be taken after seeing the situation 15 days from now on.
This is however the holiday season .
This is not a good idea to close campus.
Some students have not seen their school.
“During the meeting, Chancellor BS Koshiyari praised the Indian diet and the habit of the community to play sports in ensuring that the country did not see a strong second wave.
Representatives of Chancellor Suhas Pednekar said the decision had been brought to throw MU’s historic Convocations Hall for all universities to carry out their ceremonies.
This year’s conference violates the gender trend of more Gradu-Ates girls.
More than 2.1 students graduated from various disciplines, including scholars and postgraduate, which was almost 1.1 lakh were boys and 1 lakh were women.
