Dewa was thrown away at a clot of cotton wool which made him look as if he was sitting in the sky,” said Vice President Rathin Dutta.
Banga Sangha will allow Darshan physically but will ensure there is sufficient distance.
This will avoid distributing Bhog Prasad.
Masks and sanitisers are mandated.
In Sector 6 in Vashi, the Association of Navi Mumbai Bengali (NMBA) will celebrate the 42nd year of Sharodutsav.
Members of NMBA Ashim Dey said, “Our theme describes our countryside celebrations under the banyan tree.
Our celebration remains in digital mode, and we will stream rituals to 130 countries around the world through YouTube.” Nmba will arrange a direct show by Tollywood movie singers And Hindi from their own studio, and this will radiant online for people to watch their cellphones or smart TV.
