Mumbai Man accused 3 for a fake transfer plot GIDC

Vadodara: A businessman accuses his younger brother and two other people falsify to claim valuable industrial plots in Nandesari GIDC.
The incident was revealed when the complainant was in the city during locking at 2020.Jitendra Modi, a citizen of Mumbai, had come to the city before the kuncian, but stranded here.
During this time, he checked the GIDC website for the details of the plot.
Jitendra said that the two plots were in his name until July 20, 2020.
However, when he examined again on January 4, 2021, it was revealed that the plot had been transferred.
He then realized that this had been transferred in the name of his brother Umesh Modi and a company.
In a violation registered at the Nandesari police station, Jitendra claimed that he had bought a plot of 124 / 18-19 and moved it to his father Jayantilal in 1988.
In 2012, Umesh sent a form and looked for several documents from his father Jayantilal.
Realizing that these documents for the transfer of plots, Jayantilal did not sign them and even wrote to GIDC which asked him not to transfer land.
Jayantilal died in 2015.
After knowing last year’s plot transfer, Jitendra asked and found that documents had been forged and the transfer was carried out with a letter of approval from Umesh.
Vipul Darji’s notary was accused of helping the defendant.
Parmar Kanu who was accused of other accusations also helped the defendant.
