Rajkot: A 54-year-old man from Mumbai was arrested by the branch of the local crime from the Amreli Police in connection with the Kasing of RS 5 Crore’s cheating submitted to Him with a Pipavav Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited (RNaval) Building Company.
The team arrested the Defendant Raju Manohar Rise from the residence of Tilak Nagar in Mumbai on Sunday.
According to Amreli police, a criminal complaint was submitted at the Pipavav Marine Police Station against the General Manager of Rnaval Manoj Upadhyay on April 4, 2018.
Complaints submitted because the rise has failed to fulfill the contract agreement with RNaval in connection with the repair work of INS Savitri.

The police said that up ordered under Section 406 (criminal violations of trust) and 420 (cheating and dishonestly pushed property delivery).

In 2017, Anil Ambani promoted Rnaval to win contracts to improve Savitri and have provided sub-contracts to the company to rise with an ingredient worth Rs 5 Crore.
But rising did not fulfill his commitment also did not return the material given to him.
Police Sources said that rising was also sought in the other 63.73 lakh RS cheating case registered in Mumbai.
