Mumbai: With a marked increase in Covid-19 cases and an average of 15,000 daily infections expected in a week, BMC on Monday is directed by schools and junior colleges to close offline school and return to online mode for grade 1 to 9 and 11 to months .
Class 10 and 12 can continue in hybrid mode during that period.
The city school has been reopened for all classes on December 15, about 21 months after March 2020 Kuncian.
