MySuru: Police Inspector Reserve (RPI) attached to the police training school (PTS), Mysuru, has been placed under the suspension of accusation of receiving money from PTS undergoing PTS.
The prize was accepted through a digital wallet platform, the probe had found, according to the police.
PTS Principal Dharnidevi Malagatti, an IPS officer, confirmed to TOI that RPI M Subamarya has been stored under the Suspension Sending Department Requiral by DGP.
Officers accused of raising money from the repatriation of the trial period.
Following complaints against RPI received money from a female police fighter on August 4, a preliminary investigation of allegations and a report was submitted to IG (training).
He was suspended on Tuesday, the principal was disclosed.
In all it alleged that Rs 5.9 lakh had been collected from the trial period.
The money was allegedly paid to provide a formidable trainees in the training session.
