MySuru: A young man surrendered to the police Udayagiri after allegedly killing his brother-in-law at Goyia Nagar, Mysuru, on Sunday.
He brought chopped hands from the deceased to the station.
Kadir Pasha attacked Mahammad Suran, 27, with a deadly weapon and cut his right hand, police said.
Suran, who works in a private company in Bengaluru, married Rubina, a brother of accused, five months ago.
He reportedly suspected the loyalty of his wife and an angry Kadir.
He brought a break – who came to Mysuru for the weekend – forcefully to his house.
Kadir locked a spade in a room and cut off his right hand, police said.
