Some dragon youths were reportedly killed in the village of Oting District Sen on Saturday when they were allegedly fired by security forces, who suspected they became a terrorist.
Head of Nagaland Minister Neiphiu Rio on Sunday ordered a high-level investigation into the killings of civilians reported by security forces.
The army has expressed regret for the incident and said he was being investigated at the highest level.
