Allahabad: Swami Anand Giri and the other two, was arrested for allegedly committing suicide by Akhil Bhartiya Akhara Parishad President Narendra Giri last week, on Monday was sent to CBI custody for seven days by the Court of Allahabad.
All three, including Reverend Temple Bade Hanuman Adya Prasad Tiwari and his son Sandeep, sent to CBI detainees by Judge Head of Hakendra Nath.

Police Uttar Pradesh had arrested Anand Giri and Adya Tiwari the next day on September 21 after the head of Akhara Parishad was found dead in his room.
The third allegations and Tiwari Sandeep’s son were arrested on September 22 and the third of them were returned to trial detention after their arrest.
The CBI took the probe into the case of the recommendation of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
