Navi Mumbai: Kharghar police have captured the 30-year-old Mumbai train TTE for allegedly killing his wife.
The police had ordered the victim’s parents and brother-in-law to commit suicide.
Pushpam Pushpam Kumari (27), lives in the village of Ranjan on Khaghar Node, with her husband who was accused of Pawankumar Santoshi, parents in law of Sahadev Prasad and Malalati Devi and sister-in-law.
Kumari Pushpam died of suicide on October 14.
The next day, after doing his last ritual, his father Janardan Kumar (61), registered pine from his husband and in-laws.
Sandeepan Shinde, Senior Inspector Kharghar Police Station said, “After registering pine under 306, 498A and 34 IPCs against four were accused, on October 15, we arrested Pawankumar Santoshi.
The court panel sent him to police custody until October.

After marriage, Pushpam Kumari lives with her husband and in-laws in Bihar.
But, after three months, he complained to his father that he was beaten by his husband and in-laws when his father refused to fulfill their dowry request of Rs 1 lakh cash and car for Pawankumar.
Therefore, Pushpam Kumari came to live with his father.
Then, his husband and his in-laws convinced not to trouble him, and they shifted to Kharghar.
But his husband and father-in-law continue to harass him for dowry.
On October 14, at around 12:30 a.m., Subhash Chowdhary, Landlord Santoshi told Kumar that his daughter Pustpam had died of suicide.
Therefore, he came from Bihar and did his last ritual.
The next day, he registered a case of reducing suicide and dowry abuse against the defendant.
