Recently, the NCP leader Nawab Malik claimed NCB Sameer Wankhede specifically brought to the agency by the central government after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput last year.
He also accused that Rajput boyfriend Rhea Chakrabory was involved in “fake cases” by NCB.

Now, NCB has issued a press record with a factual position on certain information about social media regarding zonal director.
“Certain incorrect information has been distributed on social media regarding Sameer Wankhede, LRS, Zonal Director, Zonal Unit Mumbai NCB,” read a press record.

“After suicide, Singh Rajput, a special officer was taken to NCB.
Kasing suicide was handed over to the CBI, but mystery over suicide or murder remained unresolved.
But, after that, NCB began playing games with the film industry,” Mr.
Malik claims.
Speaking of drug cases Aryan Khan, the NDPS court specifically rejected the request of a guarantee, along with other accused traders and Munmun Dhamecha.
The post, Khan approached the Bombay High Court who was looking for guarantees with drug cases.
At present, NCB officials visit Mannat Aryan.
Giving updates about the visit, said Zonal NCB director to Ani, “The NCB team visited Shah Rukh Khan’s residence to collect several documents relating to Aryan Khan.
There were no attacks made in Mannat.
It was only procedural requirements.”
