Even a report on the Probe Committee of the two members who recently the government has been set to ask about alleged recruitment fraud awaited, the National Castes National Commission (NCSC) has issued a notification to Professor MSU Vice Chancellor (VC) Vyas Parimal concerning allegations of injustice against candidates from the booked categories.
NCSC in for example to MSU VC has said that he has received complaints from Dr.
Sunil Kahar who accused injustice with candidates included in the SC, SBC (OBC) category in the MSU recruitment process.
“The Commission has decided to investigate / ask the problem in the pursuit of power given in Article 338 of the Indian Constitution,” said the letter.
The letter stated that if the Commission did not receive a reply in the specified time, the Commission could run the power of the civil court given to IT and publish a call for VC appearance directly or by representatives in the presence of commissions.
At the same time, based on the complaint proposed by the Activist RTI Arvind Sindha, the State Revenue Minister Rajendra Trivedi has requested a collector of Vadodara Regency to ask about the allegations that the land package is intended for the University.
Sindha in his representative before the minister claimed that the authority of the urban development of Vadodara (VUDA) had allocated 14.3 hectares of land for MSU.
He has accused that without taking approval from the Senate, a syndicate member or from the state government, a university official has submitted a written statement in the Gujarat High Court who does not require land.
Sindha demanded that permission for the land package be canceled and a college was built for students.
