Gurgaon: A four-year-old girl allegedly persecuted by his 35-year-old neighbor in one-room rented accommodation in a minor in the Om Vihar area at Palam Vihar on Sunday night.
The defendant had been arrested and ordered under the Pocso Law.
The police said the man broke into the small room of the girl around 9:30 p.m.
and began to touch it inappropriately when a minimum child washing his hands.
Surprised to see his “uncle” in his small room, the girl immediately lifted an alarm.
Hearing his shout, the girl, who was preparing for dinner for the family, came to save her and Bachan Singh, the defendant, was arrested and handed over to the police.
Initially from Jehanabad District Bihar, Minor’s parents lived in Gurgaon and worked as laborers.
