Vadodara: The local court on Wednesday triggered a guarantee for the 20-year-old Devul Fulbaze, who was arrested for cutting a seven-year-old child under his jeep in Manjalpur.
Devul is the leader of the son of Rashtriya Samaj Papha (RSP) Ghanshyam Fulbaze who plays civil polls earlier this year.
