Madhubani / Patna: Head of Minister of Nitish Kumar on Friday asked women to be taken to the streets to check the consumption of liquor in their environment.
Overcoming public rallies at DB College Ground in JAIAgar after being launched through the remote formal work agreement for the two main projects of the Department of Water Resources (WRD), CM urged women to take procession if someone in their environment was found in manufacturing, selling or drinking liquor.
CM said that if women began to protest in such a way, it would have a big impact on the state of the state government to ban sales and consumption of liquor.
Previously, CM officially started a construction work from two schemes – a series on the Kamla river in Jialagar and the road all the weather on the right side of the Kamla embankment from Pipaghat to the bridge bridge, a distance of 80km.
The estimated cost of the project is RS 405.66 Crore and Core 325.12.
These projects tend to be completed in March 2023.
