Nagpur: Property Tax Consultation Committee (NMC) Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) on Tuesday issued a resolution that demanded property tax exemptions for housing property up to 500 sq ft in the city of Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (NMC).
The resolution of the Committee will be submitted before the committee is still attended by the General Agency and the State Government.
The committee led by Mahendra Dhanvijay said the government had made a decision to extend the benefits of property located in Mumbai a few days ago.
“This is a good decision and will benefit the poor.
Similar decisions must also be taken for the city,” Committee said.
A few days ago, Chairman of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray has announced BMC will free property taxes to houses up to 500 square feet of the country’s urban development department has stated that it will be held from April 1 1.
