Vadodara: Deck has been cleaned for preparing a new landfill site in Nandesari and a new firefighting station in Por Industrial Estate.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of the Mining Department held the first open house with representatives of various Vadodara Associations including Nandesari, Savli, POR, Ranoli, Makarpura, Waghodiya Gidc and the Reporting Office of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vadodara, Gujarat Industrial Federation, Indian Industrial Confederation, among others.
Some problems that are generally natural are resolved in a place with a guarantee that the implementation will be carried out in 15-20 days.
The team led by M isNested, Deputy Chair and Managing Director of Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC), Dr.
Rahul Gupta, Industrial Commissioner visited Nandesari, Vadodara Enviro Channel Limited and other places on Fridays where problems related to GIDC and Control of Gujarat Board pollution (GPCB) discussed.
“The team visited Nandesari where we showed them a closed landfill site.
There is land adjacent to the current site we want GIDC to take ownership for the development of new sites,” said Babubhai Patel, Chair of the Nandesari Industry Association (NIA) and waste treatment plants , “We need a new site for the next 8-10 years,” he said.
