Greater Noida: a large number of farmers from six villages that tend to be influenced by the second phase of the Noida International Airport project are expected to participate in camps that will be organized by the district administration from January 7 next year.
To complete their next strategy, farmers recently approached advocates and experts and were informed that under the provisions of Land Liberation Law, 2013, Administration assumed that landowners did not visit camps like that – where entered the project “The person who protested must register his objections before administration or direct acquisition institutions, if it was not assumed that he was willing to surrender the land,” Yadav said.
The makers have now taken initiatives to create awareness about the provisions of the provisions regarding the provisions of actions among landowners, urging them to visit camps and submit records of their opinion in writing to oppose the project.
On Sunday, a group of villagers also holds Panchayat in Ranthera and decided to give their approval for the acquisition of land for the second phase of the airport project unless the government meets all their demands.
Farmers have stated that the social impact assessment report (SIA), which has been approved by the government, does not include many of their demands.
Among other demands that the villagers who want to be fulfilled are compensation four times on the pace of applicable circles, roadmaps for the development of children’s skills and equality of rights for unmarried women from each family.
