This amount does not include the money to be spent by the Government of Uttar Pradesh towards R & R and acquisition of land.
The airport will be developed by Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (Yall), where Zurich Airport International AG has 100 percent share ownership.
The concession period for the airport is 40 years and nial will have one percent “share gold” in Yiapply and the right to appoint two directors on the Yiapl board.

It is conveniently located and will serve people in cities including Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Agra, Faridabad and neighboring areas, said the Prime Minister’s office in a statement on Tuesday.
The airport will be a northern Indian logistics gateway and because of the scale and capacity, it will be a game modifier for Uttar Pradesh, he added.
According to the statement, for the first time, the airport in India has been conceptualized with an integrated multi-capital cargo hub, focusing on reducing the total cost and time for logistics.
Noida and Delhi will be connected to the airport through the complexity free metro services, as well as nearby main streets and highways such as Yamuna Expressway, Western Peripheral Expressway, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and others will be connected to the airport.
