“There were around 100 residents at the protest location on Friday, because we were told that officials from Noida authorities, district judges, and Local MLA would come to improve our complaints.
Even though no one came, the command from the authority stopped the increase,” said Brijesh Singh , a resident of Jaypee Kosmos.
When contacted, the Aceo Sharma told the Toi, “We have directed the FMG City of Wish Jaypee that there are no maintenance costs that must be done until the mediation meeting is held between representatives of the Association of Apartment owners (AOA) and builders under our supervision.
The meeting will soon be called.” Although the Wish Town FMG stopped the increase in care after directing authority, they recorded email to residents who demanded advanced information from the meeting.
“…
we have been intimidated that meetings about this and related aspects will be taken by district administration and immediate authority.
We are also informed that the proposed interaction will have a representative of the population and the company to discuss various aspects,” he said.
However, residents decided to continue with Dharna sitting them.
“Our only request is to restore the complete maintenance costs.
This is the second increase in the cost of care in the calendar year.
Instead, there has been no improvement in maintenance services so far,” said Pooja Singh, a resident of complex.

The current management is inefficient in providing better-living facilities and does not have transparency in income and expenses.”
