Among them, the action against 17 apartment complexes began this week.
To put pressure on the project developer, the authority decided to seal the clubhouse and their office.
17 projects facing action include Grandeur (Sector 119), Windsor Assotech Court (Sector 78), Golf City (Sector 75), Gardenia India (Sector 75), aimed at Max Gardenia (Sector 77), AVP Buildtech (Sector 77)) , Ananya (Sector 119), Gardenia Grace (Sector 61), Prateek Fedora (Sector 61), Marvel House (Sector 61), Antriksh Nature (Sector 52), Sikka Karnam Greens (Sector 143b), Meadows Divine (Sector 108), The Jalvayu Tower (Sector 47), Eldeco Ananda (Sector 48), Futech Shelters Eco City (Sector 75) and RG Residency (Sector 120).

Also, some of these people were completed and left to the association of the apartment owner almost a decade again.
The authorities have examined such a community and issued a certificate of settlement.
The builder does not have the remaining shares in projects It and the stps setting load cannot be forwarded to the owner flat now.
That’s why we opposed the move.
“The CEO of Ritu Maheshwari directed officials to release the seals placed in the clubhouse in the community where AOA was resumed.
Three of them (Gardenia Grace, Marvel Homes and Prateek Fedora) are located in Sector 61 while the natural anthries in sector 52.
Maheshwari said, “In the community where Rwas or Aoas has received total control in everyday administration, the clubhouse will not be sealed .
“Authority had issued a warning to the developer last week and asked them to sort out the problem delayed before looking for a settlement certificate.
The authorities have provided a total settlement certificate to 45 housing groups from 116 which have been planned in the city.
Also, 50 other projects have been given a partial settlement certificate.
In projects where partial settlement certificates have been given, the developers have scope to generate income through Clubhouses operations and therefore the authority decides to seal it.
