Noida: The body of a 45-year-old woman was found in her residence in Sector 12 by her brother on Sunday night.
The police were told about the incident by brothers and suspect that someone he knew killed him by hitting his head with a heavy object.
The initial investigation revealed that the woman’s daughter was married recently.
Since then, the victim has lived alone at home.
The police identified as Purval Kalpana, who worked as a security guard in the office in sector 4.
Ranvijay Singh, ADCP, Noida, said that around 9:30 a.m.
on Sunday, the police received information about the incident, who lived in Ankit, who lived in the location .
“Rekha, a resident of Sector 11 and the sister of the deceased, has called Kalpana starting on Sunday afternoon, but there is no response.
Then Rekha asked Ankit to visit the house of Kalpana,” Singh said.
After finding his sister’s body at home, Ankit told the police.
“When Ankit reached the house, he found the gate slightly open.
When he entered, he saw his sister lying in a pool of blood.
He immediately warned the police and Rekha,” Singh said.
In November, Putri Kalpana married and left the flat.
“Kalpana has lived separately from her husband, Rajiv, for the past ten years because of a marriage dispute.
During our investigation, it turned out that some Kalpana friends used to come for a party in Flat Daily, and the police examined the facts with friends and relatives of Kalpana,” he said.
The police have registered the FIR under the IPC part 302 (punishment for murder) at the Sector Police Office 24.
According to a senior police officer at the station, the police also held three to four and checking recordings from CCTV near the deceased’s house to identify the suspect.
