Gandhinagar: Minister of Perat for Law and Justice Kiren Rijiju said there was no Turf War between the executive, legislature and justice and that all three worked for the benefit of the nation.
Rijiju inaugurated a law school, forensic justice and policy studies at Gujarat Forensic University on Sunday.
“Justice, executive and legislative are different organs but all work for the country.
People outside feel there is a grass war.
That’s not true,” the Union Minister said.
“When I became Minister of Law, I told the chairman of justice that every time he needed me, I would always be there in the service of judges and justice,” Rijju said.
“I’m so happy that many judges are present here.
Sometimes, when we face difficulties and can’t solve something politically, we put the judge at the front.
When the judge is at the forefront, things are done quickly,” he said.
“In democracy, it is important for us to have a relationship that lives between us (justice, executive and legislature),” he added.
Rijju said the impression that the law was not implemented has been removed mostly under the mode government.
