Udupi: Two people who turned on the knife during the protest of the hijab-saffron shawl in Kundapur City in Udupi District on Friday was arrested on charges of trying to create communal tension.
The defendant was Haji Abdul Majeed, 32, and Rajab, 41, from Gangolli.
Police are looking for Khalil, Rizwan and Ifthikar.
Majeed has seven cases delayed against him at the Gangolli Police Station and is a noise, while Rajab has one.
