Ranchi: Ranchi Railway Division from South East Railway on Thursday announced a new tri-weekly train between Ranchi and Godda train stations from September 29.
This will be the first example when Godda District in Santhal-Pargana will have direct train connectivity with state capital.
Special trains 08604 Ranchi – Godda will begin their journey from Ranchi train station on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, starting September 30.
“The train will leave Godda Station for Ranchi on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday,” Ranchi Train Division in A Revision.
The train will depart from Ranchi at 3pm and arrive at Godda Station at 7:20 the following morning.
At the foot back, the train will leave Godda station at 12:40 a.m.
and reach Ranchi at 5:45 the next morning.
The train will have cessation in Bokaro, Dhanbad, Jasidih, Jamui, Kiul, Bhagalpur, Batang, Hansdiha, and Poriyatan train station.
