But today, Suleman 84 years old Ahmed Chimta, a resident of Bharuch returned to standing, walking far from the painful past.
After a bad fracture of the right knee, Octimogenarian has undergone many operations.
But for years he developed a progressive pain that made his journey and conducted a daily daily activities of tasks.
Because of his advanced age and financial constraints, he does not want further operation.
However, when the pain increased in the past year, he was almost lying in bed.
“Three of his sons could not tolerate his condition and decided to operate it,” said Dr.
Kunal Shah, who along with his team carried out a very challenging knee replacement operation.
Shah said that the operation was challenging because the bones were very slandered by fractures and opportunities of complications including the very high refractive and nerve palsy.
“When the joint was so flawed, the implant replacement of ordinary knee was also not suitable.
After a lot of careful planning, we did surgery and he began to walk the next day,” Shah said who was convinced that over the next few weeks, Chimta will start running independently Without support.
“The will of patients to undergo complicated surgery even at this age should be praised.
With God’s grace, he will be able to live a life that is free from pain,” Shah added.
