Bhubaneswar: Congress leader Kanhaiya Kumar on Monday launched a spicy attack on the ruling BJD duty that the Odisha government was run by the Chairman of the Minister of Naveen Patnen, and was not elected representative.
Overcoming Sankalp Samabesh Party in Nabarangpur, former President of the JNU trade union slammed BJD as “BJP’s D-Team”.
“BJD is the BJP team.
The elected representative does not run the government in Odisha, Naveen Patnaik’s friends,” he said.
Kumar also caught the patnik because he thought he could not speak properly.
“I’m better than Patnaik because I can understand a little odia, but he doesn’t even know how to speak the language correctly.
The state needs a Congress.
I ask all of you to support the oldest parties in the upcoming Pancrayat election,” he said.
Kumar dropped a lot on the government led by BJP in the middle, allegating that they spent the RS 5,000 Crore on promotions, and many unemployed young men would get a job if the money was spent on them.
The Jignesh Mevani party leader called Odisha the “Den of Corporate Loot”.
Apart from Kumar and Mevani, Excise Minister Chhattisgarh Kawasi Lakhma, Bihar Party who was responsible for the Das and Coraput MP Saptagiri Ulaka was present at the event.
BJD has not released a reaction to Kumar’s allegations.
