Gurgaon: A retired bureaucrat has been appointed by the government Haryana to investigate the role of income officers in irregularities in the registry, who came to the future last year.
The source said KL Manhas, a former Indian forest service officer, has started his investigation.
Officials from the Department of Revenue and City Department and state planning were called to Haryana Niwas in Delhi and were asked to record their statements.
Probe by Manhas into the role of officers took part in the report by the Division Commissioner into the deviation.
“We also received FIR registered in the direction of the State Government.
Our department has marked various irregularities in the registry system,” said a senior DTCP official.
After the registered FIR, the Tehsildars mentioned in it was called to record their statements and explain why there was no department’s actions to do with them.
DTCP officials are also called to explain the details of violations and mandatory regulations that need to be followed during land registration.
On July 22 last year, the Haryana government has banned all registrants in the state after irregularities revealed.
It was found that a number of illegal registrants had been carried out during the first lock by local Tehsildar in Convance with a property dealer.
Seven Tehsildar Currently and retirees are suspended by Minister of Manohar Lal Khattar and then ordered for violating Section 7 Development of Haryana and Urban Law Regulations, 1975.
