Hubbali: In innovative ideas for the first time, South Western Railway, Division Hubballi on Friday utilizing an idle air conditioner coach to transport chocolate and other food products, which require low and controlled temperatures during transit.
On October 8, chocolate and noodles weighing 163 tons were published on 18 air-conditioned coaches from Vasco da Gama in Goa to Okhla in Delhi.

The Express Train AC Parcel Express will cover a distance of 2115 km and is expected to reach Delhi on Saturday, according to the release on the edge of the South Western Railway.
It has taken Rs 12.83 lakh income to the train.
With the marketing efforts of the Hubballi Division Business Development Unit (BDU), this new traffic flow has been captured by trains traditionally transported by road.
Congratulations on BDU’s efforts, Hubballi Division Railway Manager, Arvind Malkhede said that trains proactively reach customers to utilize train services that are faster, smoother and cost-effective.
This approach is valued by the industry and traders thus increasing in volume.
Monthly income Income Division Hubballi is the Crossing RS 1 Crore Mark since October 2020.
The Hubballi division income parcel during September 2021 is Rs 1.58 Crores.
The cumulative parcel that produced a division during the current financial year until September 2021 was Rs 11.17 Crores, read the release.
