Bhawani Shankar Tripathi, a resident of this sector, said commercial land is located in the main area of the city and is worth Crores.
“If the HSVP Land auction is, it will not only alleviate occupants but increase body income.
At least, they must protect their own soil so that it does not become Hazard Health and public safety,” he said.
When contacted, Estate Officer-1 Vikas Dhanda said they were aware of this problem.
“This site is intended for hotels or cinema halls.
Now, this land has become a HSVP property and we will soon auction.”
