Ahmedabad: Covid Daily cases returned to the city at 1,985 – the lowest in the last 25 days.
It was a 36% decline – the biggest in the last few days – in a day from 3.118 on Thursday.
The city accounts for 32.5% of the state calculation of 6,097.
For Gujarat, it is a 20% decline in everyday case from 7,606.
But mortality remained constant with the death of 35 positive patients in 24 hours in Gujarat.
In the past seven days, Gujarat has noted the deaths of 239 patients on average 34.
Ahmedabad recorded death of 8 patients after two days of the 10 deaths.
With a debit of 4,091 patients, active cases in Ahmedabad fell to 21,336 – the lowest since January 16.
For Gujarat, the active case fell at 57,521 – halved in two days.
Case analysis revealed that the city added 1 case of lakh in 21 days.
However, the pepitote level of the test (TPR) fell from 19.3% on January 28 to 14.8% on Friday.
Overall, the State TPR on Friday was 5.7%.
Of the eight city corporations, four decreased trends were recorded, three trends of rising and the calculation of someone remained relatively unchanged.
Gujarat in 24 hours vaccinated 42,224 people for the first dose and 1.56 lakh for the second.
Overall, 5.14 crore was given first and 4.63 crore the second dose of the covid vaccine.
