Kanpur: One new Covid case was detected in the district while one patient was declared recovered on Tuesday.
At present, the number of active Covid cases stands in four in the district.
After breaking up with one Covid case on September 18, the number of active cases rose to four with detection of three new cases reported on September 19.
The new Covid case was reported from the Swaroop Nagar area while one patient was defeated from the Lajpat Rai Hospital.
According to the Ministry of Health more than 4,500 samples were collected for covid tests.
So far, 82,925 people were positively tested for Covid where 1,905 surrendered while 11,395 was dismissed from the hospital after recovery and 69,621 recovered during treatment in house isolation.
