Gurgaon: Rwa Vipul Lavanya, a Society Housing in Sector 81, has been written to the City and State Planning Department (DTCP) who complained that a developer had built three cement blocks in the middle of their approach.
This not only causes obstacles to residents to use the way, but also raises the risk of accidents, they accuse.
Visit to the public shows that the developer, Landmark Ltd., has built a blocked block outside the community gate, while the other two have been built a few meters away, greatly reduces the width of 24m access roads.
Some residents are worried that the school bus and fire tender will face difficulties in reaching the community complex because the width is narrowed.
According to them, land where the road was built previously owned by Vipul Ltd, which built a housing community.
It sells land to Tangmark Ltd later.
Residents accused the landmark did not mind when Vipul began to build the road, which connected the community to the revenue road, in 2015.
However, now, however, it is trying to solve the way, which will cut their access to the whole city.
Because they don’t have other links, they accuse.
Two other access roads are planned but VIPUL has not built it, they said.
Rwa filed complaints with DTCP and police earlier this week.
“This road is part of the sanctions plan and we have spent money from our bags to fix it.
We feel helpless and cheated because this is the only access road we have,” said Amit Shekhar, Vice President Vipul Lavanya Rwa, said.
Residents, Prashant Rai, said Landmark had built a similar structure on the road in February as well.
“They then dismantled it.
Now, they have built it again, making it difficult for large vehicles to reach the community.
They have built blocks right outside the community, and it can cause an accident if someone does not pay attention while taking the left turn after leaving the community,” he said .
When approached, landmark representatives stated that they did not make mistakes and blocks had been built in their licensed areas.
“They have built a way through our licensed area.
We have built the structure only for the demarcation of building plans.
Developers (VIPUL) have other access roads that need to be built for residents, because we cannot let them use our land without limits to their access,” Representative words.
Vipul officials cannot be contacted for comments despite repeated efforts.
Meanwhile, the District City Planner (Enforcement) of Bhatth Hospital said he was aware of this problem and officials also visited the site.
“I have been looking for details about the layout plan and direction will be given after being examined.
If the road is approved according to the sanctions plan, there is no illegal development that will be permitted,” he said.
