Vadodara: Only one new Covid-19 case reported in the city and the district on Friday.
Lone casts found from 1,289 tests carried out in the last 24 hours.
The population in the Diawalpura area in the city was found to be infected with a virus, while there were no new cases reported outside the limit of Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC).
This is for the first time since the first wave begins that only one positive case reported in one day.
The number of deaths remained at 623 for some time now.
One patient was also dismissed from the city and the district took the total number of patients being beaten to 71,413 so far.
The number of active Covid-19 cases now stands in 19.
Active cases include one on oxygen support even when other people’s conditions are stable.
