Patna: Pancayati Raj Ministers Samrat Chaudhary on Saturday said “Panchayat Sarkar Bhavans” will be functional in the true sense of April.
“Three representatives from 18 departments will start sitting every day in Pancarkar Sarkar Bhavans from April this year to listen to people’s complaints,” he added.
