Jaipur: Paralympian and Gold Medal Devendra Jhjharia from Churu and 1978 Batch Rajasthan IAS Rajiv Mehrishi Officers have been changed by Padma Bhushan while Paralympian Avani Lekhara, Chandraprakash Chandraprakash Dwivedi and Ram Dayal Shri artist from Rajasthan.
