Patna: The second FIR was registered against Vandana Gupta, Uttar Superintendent Raksha Grih, a house placed for poor women in Gaighat, at the Women’s Police Station in Patna on Thursday.
In Cemara, a 19-year-old woman from Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh, accused the gupta and other home protection staff for anesthetizing and other inmates.
He accused them of being sexually harassed by outsiders.
The woman accused that unidentified people were allowed to disguise as relatives of victims by the detention of homes and staff, and extraordinary people attacked inmates physically.
He alleged that the girls were given sedatives and sent for immoral actions.
The woman also accused that they opposed her beaten by Gupta.
Kishori Sahchari, Sho from the Women’s Police Station, said the second FIR was registered under Section 323 (voluntarily caused injury), section 354 (a) (sexual harassment and penalty for sexual harassment) and section 376 (sexual violence) from India Kuhp (IPC ).
“The woman’s statement was recorded on Thursday,” he added.
“According to the woman, she was sedatified and sexually harassed by outsiders.
The woman also accused that the prisoner did not get basic facilities such as food and bed.
His statement would be recorded in court on Friday,” Sho said.
Earlier on Wednesday, a former former inmate from the shelter, has submitted copper against Gupta and other shelter staff, accusing sexual harassment by outsiders.
Accompanied by Mahila Vikas Manchual volunteers, a non-governmental organization, the woman, a resident of Bakhtiarpur, has submitted a complaint at the Women’s Police Station.
