Bengaluru: In the middle of the murmur of leadership change, again, and ahead of the meeting of the Crucial State Executive Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Head of the Head of Karnataka Basavaraj Bommai said there was a “perfect harmony” between the government and the party.
Pretending the ignorance of talks to replace it, CM Bommai blamed the media to create unfounded news and said there was no shortage of understanding between the party and the government about how to move forward.
“Party and the government in perfect harmony.
We will go to the 2023 election based on the development work of both the government and party collective strength,” said Bommai.
The statement from CM Bommai attended 24 hours ahead of the two-day BJP State Executive Committee meeting scheduled for 28 and 29 years.
The meeting is scheduled to be attended by the President of the National Party J P Nadda and also the Minister of Finance Union Nirmala Sitharaman.
The meeting on December 29 will be preceded the day before by the State Core Committee meeting and attended by the Karnataka Party in-Charge and Arun Singh’s National Secretary General.
The BJP Executive Committee meeting is expected to carry out post-corpse of the BOMMAI government, setbacks in the recent election, and decides its approach to the election of BBMP and ZP-TP which may occur next year, is a precursor of the assembly poll of 2023.
It was also said that the meeting would see BJP received a telephone call in Bataghiavi Jarkiholi Brothers who had submitted a surprising defeat to the BJP MLC candidate in the MLC selection that was recently concluded from local bodies.
Lakkhan Jarkiholi’s victory as independent, which was allegedly supported by former BJP minister and his brothers – Ramesh and Balachandra Jarkiholi – had troubled the party in his castle.
When questioned whether there was any action carried out on the two brothers of the man, CM Bommai was vague in his response and said: “The party’s center leadership is aware of all these problems and it will take the right decision at the right time.”
