Rajkot: A student of doctoral studies 23 years old from Saurashtra University allegedly committed suicide by muse to Aji Dam ( 2 ) in Rajkot City on Tuesday .
According to police , the deceased was identified as Prakash Aditya Raval , a resident of Apartment Rajkruti in town .
Police found the identity card on the body , which revealed that he was a PhD student in the Department of Chemistry of the University.
The reason for the extreme step was not known immediately .
No suicide note was found on him.
” Someone saw the bodies floating on the water and notify the Department of Fire Brigade and team fishing body.
Biking is also found on the edge of the Aji Dam near Temple Madhapar Ishwaria on the outskirts of the village , ” police said.
” His parents really confused.
He was the only son .
We will talk to them in a few days , ” police said.
