Vadodara: Former Inspector of Police Station Fatehgunj, D B Gehil, who was in prison in connection with the death of the Sheikh Babu Nishar custodian was denied temporarily here.
Gohil has been looking for a bail on August 19 on the grounds that his wife suffered from kidney disease and has been suggested further treatment.
He also stated that his brother-in-law died recently because of cancer and he believed that his wife could also suffer from cancer.
Looking for temporary guarantees for 30 days, Gohil also told the court that he had two children and no one took care of them.
Against Plea Bail Gohil, an investigative officer submitted a report that the suspended police had three brothers and his mother also lived with his wife to take care of his medical care and treat children.
The Minjey Principal District Judge Court upholds the police report and also takes into account that Gohil is released on a temporary guarantee for 10 days in July.
