Rajkot: Former Pizza Manager in Rajkot was ordered for allegedly raping the 22-year-old employee for one year after threatening to fire it from work.
Umesh Sharma accused (25) also promised to marry the woman, but then disappeared.
According to complaints of police registered by women at the Malviya Nagar police station, Sharma, a resident of Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, has raped the woman for the first time in the Pizzeria room located on a 150-foot ring road.
The next complaint stated that the woman migrated to Rajkot to find work and stay alone in rented accommodation in the city.
N Bhukan, Police Inspector Police Malaiviya Nagar said, “Sharma has promised the woman he will marry him and also began to live with him.
