Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the head of the Patternik minister at Rajya Sabha on Tuesday because it was at the forefront of reform and for the excellent implementation of the central scheme in the spirit of the cooperative federalism.
BJD uses the words of Modi award to fight the BJP state unit, which has intensified his criticism of Naveen in the process of choosing the Panchayat scheduled from February 16-12.
Replying to the address of the address of the president of RAM Nath Kovind for parliament at the top home, Modi talking about the cooperative Federalism provides examples of reforms in the coal sector and mining.
“This reform is an important decision of the cooperative federalism.
Odisha has been at the forefront of implementing this reform.
I congratulate the Minister of Odisha …
the government works for all reforms that work shoulders to shoulder with us,” Modi said.
Taking a signal of Modi’s words, the leader of the BJD parliamentary party at Rajya Sabha Prasnana Acharya said PM praise from the minister of chairman was another confession of good governance and the government’s welfare model of Naveen Patnaik.
“This negates the state unit from the BJP explosion that often opens the Naveen government that sweeps non-problems.
The BJP leaders of the country must listen carefully what PM said,” said Acharya.
Modi’s praise from Naveen came on the day of BJP held a demonstration near the residence of the minister’s head against alleged rejection of justice for Mamita Meher’s teacher, who was allegedly killed in October last year.
The Secretary General of the State of BJP Golak Mohapatra said the Prime Minister had shown his pit who praised certain things that had been carried out by the BJD government, rising above the party line.
“However, this does not free up Naveen from increasing corruption in its regime, irregularities in the implementation of the mainstay housing scheme of Pradhan Mantri Beware of Yojana and increasing crime against women,” he said.
This is not the first time Modi has praised Naveen even though BJP is the main opposition to the Naveen BJD party and two alienic allies, who share power in Odisha from 2000 to 2009, are in the Loggerheads in Pancayat elections.
Modi has appreciated Naveen for its government’s government preparedness and disaster management activities which resulted in a minimal loss after the Yaas cyclone hit the country in May last year.
Although not part of NDA, Naveen has supported the Modi government in most controversial problems of the citizenship amendment law to obscure special status to Jammu and Kashmir, among others.
Recently, Naveen reacted sharply to PM security violations in Punjab and said PM was an institution, which was very easy security was the task of each government and vice versa which was not acceptable
