New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Prayagraj on Tuesday to participate in the “the only program” which will be attended by more than 2 ladies, around 1pm.
In accordance with the Prime Minister’s office (PMO), the program was detained according to the prime minister’s vision to empower women, especially at the grassroots level, by giving them skills, incentives, and necessary resources.
“In this effort to support women, the prime minister will transfer a number of RS 1,000 crore in bank accounts on Swadaya groups (SHG), profitably around 16 female members of Lakh Shg,” PMO said.
“This transfer is being carried out under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – Mission of the National Rural Livelihood (Day-NRLM), with 80,000 Shg received the RS Community Investment Fund (CIF).

According to the PMO, during the program, PM Modi will also transfer a total of more than Rs 20 Crore to more than 1 beneficiary of the Lakh under the Mukhya scheme of Kanya Sumangala.
This scheme provides conditional cash transfers to girls at various stages of their lives, PMO said while adding that total transfers will become Rs 15,000 per recipient.
