Thiruvananthapuram: Special steps of fast songs here on Tuesday dropped a 32-year-old man for a hard prison sentence for 30 years after he was found guilty of the rape of a little girl.
Sunil Alphonse who lives near Valiyathura Hospital is a person who has received a punishment.
Judge R Jayakrishnan also imposed a penalty of Rs 1 lakh to him.
Failure to pay a penalty will produce an extension of the sentence to one more year.
The judge argued that the number of penalties must be paid to the victims.
He also has the right to get appropriate compensation from the government’s victims’ compensation fund, the judge ruled.
According to the public prosecutor R S Vijay Mohan, this crime related to February 26, 2014, when Sunil Alphonse was 24 years old and the survivors were 16 years old.
Sunil Alphonse is a second accused in this case.
The first defendant was also an underage child, 16 years old, at the time of a crime.
He faced the trial before the Juji Justice Council.
The prosecution case was that the first accused of calling the survivors to his residence after the second was accused of introducing him with the help of the former.
Survivor happened to be a close friend of the sister who was accused of the first.
He cheated him to visit his house told him that his sister wanted to meet him.
As soon as he entered the house, the two defendants defeated him, clogged by putting his mouth and raping him.
He avoided when a woman who lived next to the house to hear the cry of Survivor to ask for help.
When he knocked on the door, Sunil Alphonse escaped through the kitchen door and the teenage settlement walked out of the house without saying a word.
Even though this woman is hostile to the trial, prosecution can prove crime with the assistance of survivor statements and scientific evidence given by the doctor who examined it to follow rape.
