Police Bicycle Auction During the rape trial, people who were released received RS 15K

Vadodara: Thanks to the appearance of the police from immeasurable gloombs in auctioned vehicles confiscated, a man who was released from the accusation of rape had to wash his hands from his bicycle.
Police Manjalpur auctioned his bicycle along with several other vehicles even before the man’s trial concluded.
Dinesh Parmar has submitted an application at the session court here in December 2019 to reclaim the bicycle confiscated by investigators in 2015.
Parmar submitted a request as a court court released him in July 2018 and there was no appeal delayed by him.
In getting the application, the court sent a notification to the police to submit their response.
But Parmar was surprised when the police claimed before the court that his bicycle had been auctioned with several other confiscated vehicles in April 2017.
Interestingly, when the court trial had released Parmar in 2018, it also directed the police to restore his motorcycle after the polid.

The police told the court that the vehicle auction produced Rs 5.8 Lakh, where Parmar bicycles were sold for RS 15,000.
Because bicycles are not available, the court asks Parmar if he is ready to receive the money.
Despite disappointed, Parmar agreed to receive the money and the court asked Manjalpur police to handle it and submit his documents with the court.
Parmar, a resident of Manjalpur, was arrested in July 2015 for allegedly tasting a little girl from her environment by luring her marriage and then allegedly introduced it.
